We’re looking for resolute professionals with a deep appreciation for the power of the written word. Our Executive Brand Writers bring business acumen and creative flair in equal measure, and are committed to helping achieve the 5-star excellence Arielle Executive is known for.
If you’re a natural story-teller with a thirst for knowledge and a drive to continuously improve, you’ll be in good company. We have exacting standards, we work with precision, and we never cut corners.
Our shared purpose: to do our life’s best work, every moment of every day.
The success of Arielle Executive, and the clients we serve, stems from our proprietary branding methodology ExecutiveExcellence™. A signature approach unique in the market, we can’t hire someone who knows how to do the job of an Executive Brand Writer. Instead, we invest our time to build the capability and confidence of high potential candidates.
Training and development is a large focus of this role.
As a high potential candidate, you’ll have experience in either talent acquisition, recruitment and selection, occupational psychology, career development and/or communications.
Regardless of your background, you are fundamentally a writer - you may have contributed to publications, tended your own blog or enjoyed creative writing in your spare time.
It’s important that you have an interest in people coupled with a broad understanding of commercial concepts - you have the capacity to understand the business challenges faced by international executives.
Highly analytical with a core skill in critical thinking, you’re able to pick out key concepts from a lot of information. Furthermore, you can build convincing arguments and compelling narratives, tying together disparate layers of information.
As a strong written communicator, you’re likely a native English speaker with high levels of grammar and spelling. You’re adaptable in your style, with experience moving between formal and informal tones. You also have an exceptional eye for detail.
Crucially, you are a lifelong learner. You have a drive to understand new concepts and you won’t rest until you figure things out. You’ll likely have a knack for research and ask questions, after all, there is no such thing as a silly question.
You don’t have to have a degree, but an academic background in English Literature, Psychology or an arts-based course involving significant writing, reading and analysis could be an advantage.
