Role Responsibilities

  • Create resumes, LinkedIn profiles, cover letters and/or executive biographies for senior leaders across professions and industries.
  • Provide high quality writing services, partnering with Executive Branding Consultants to execute the strategic brief for the client.
  • Weave together points of interest from the client’s career to form a cohesive story while positioning clients as a unique answer to a clearly defined set of commercial challenges.
  • Deliver high-quality documents within a two-business day turnaround - non-negotiable.
  • Receive and apply feedback with positivity and a commitment to continuous professional development.

Training and development is a large focus of this role.


Key Requirements

As a high potential candidate, you’ll have experience in either talent acquisition, recruitment and selection, occupational psychology, career development and/or communications.

Regardless of your background, you are fundamentally a writer - you may have contributed to publications, tended your own blog or enjoyed creative writing in your spare time.

It’s important that you have an interest in people coupled with a broad understanding of commercial concepts - you have the capacity to understand the business challenges faced by international executives.

Highly analytical with a core skill in critical thinking, you’re able to pick out key concepts from a lot of information. Furthermore, you can build convincing arguments and compelling narratives, tying together disparate layers of information.

As a strong written communicator, you’re likely a native English speaker with high levels of grammar and spelling. You’re adaptable in your style, with experience moving between formal and informal tones. You also have an exceptional eye for detail.

Crucially, you are a lifelong learner. You have a drive to understand new concepts and you won’t rest until you figure things out. You’ll likely have a knack for research and ask questions, after all, there is no such thing as a silly question.



You don’t have to have a degree, but an academic background in English Literature, Psychology or an arts-based course involving significant writing, reading and analysis could be an advantage.
